About us
Bath Property Rentals Ltd. is a local lettings company based in Bath. We’ve been operating since 2021, and between the team we bring over 20 years of property experience.
We let whole homes only — from studio apartments to 7-bedroom houses — not individual rooms. We house students and young professionals, as well as working professionals across Bath: lecturers from both universities, doctors and nurses from the RUH, and local care workers.
We’re landlords ourselves, with a portfolio of over 75 rooms, and we manage more than 35 further properties for other owners — from fellow Bath residents to landlords living in Singapore, Bangladesh, India and Japan. At any one time we can have over 180 tenants in our care.
We handle viewings ourselves, keep things straightforward on rent and deposits, and stay involved once you’re in. We have our own maintenance team, so issues are dealt with quickly. We’re listed with The Property Ombudsman, so there’s an independent redress scheme if you ever need it.
