We’re landlords first — we own and run a portfolio of over 75 rooms ourselves — and we also look after more than 35 homes for other owners. Guaranteed rent — the bit most people miss
A guaranteed rent figure can look lower than the usual 10% management fee. That comparison often skips empty months at the start (viewings) and gaps between tenancies. With us, rent starts from the day we take over. Between us and you as the landlord, you never experience a void again — if the property is empty, that risk sits with us, not you. We also organise and pay for maintenance.
