Finding a house or a flat
We welcome students, professionals, sharers and anyone looking for a home in Bath. Students are a big part of what we do.
1. Find a let
Start with the houses and flats on this site. Every listing is a whole home — not an individual room. Available lets show the green Available mark. OpenRent and SpareRoom may show the same adverts; they are not where you sign or pay.
See available lets2. Book a viewing
Viewings run 8am–8pm UK time. Occupied lets generally need two days’ notice. If a listing is empty, it will say so. You can ask for an in-person viewing or a video walk-through. Use the enquiry form — we do not take holding deposits through OpenRent, SpareRoom or this website.
3. Agree the tenancy with us
If you want the house or the flat, the tenancy agreement and rent are handled directly with Bath Property Rentals. We do not charge tenant fees — tenant fees are not legally allowed.
